05.09.06 Our very own Wedding Show.....the results!
The Platinum Limo Company TM Inverness & Elgin held its very own wedding show on Sunday 3rd September
and the day was a huge success, with over 500 couples attending the unique event at the Eight Acres Hotel
and not only did we help local wedding businesses boom we did a great job raising money for our selected
charity, The Ladybird Foundation where we raised a staggering... £1332.75!!!
The money raised will be going forward to the Ladybird Foundation to look after disabled pre school children
at play school to give their parents a much needed rest.
The day was a huge success with couples-to-be turning out in their droves at the event to see a variety of 
unique suppliers for their big day, everything from limousines to lingerie and discos to dresses where on
display for the prefect couple to plan their perfect day. What made the event even more unique was that there
was only one supplier from each catgeory there! The atmosphere was great and everyone was pleased for
the success of the day, even the Venue was impressed by our event organising skills! Colin Devos,

wedding show organised and hosted by ourselves was fantastic, i couldn't have asked for anything
better. The turn out was fantastic, the venue looked great, the suppliers were in great form and so were
the attendees! The next question on everyone's lips is 'When's the next one?' So we will be going back to
the drawing board and looking ahead to an even better wedding show next year. My thanks to everyone
that made the day such a success and to those who helped raise so much money for the Ladybird
Foundation, a great cause"
