In January 2000, The Platinum Limo Company™ was born, brainchild of Managing
Director; Jackie Farrell FIMI, who having researched the UK limo industry with his
nationwide excursions to other operators and dealers decided that in order for this
to be a successful venture, something special had to be created.

Jackie visited a company in New Jersey . While touring their premises, a silver limo was being
built for a client in the Far East, Jackie decided on one of these, completely different from the
rest of the market. He ordered the first Platinum Silver limousine in Europe with a further two
for late summer 2000, with an exterior and interior specification second to none.

We put our company's success down to operating the most up to date and unique fleet of
vehicles in Scotland and offering a quality service from all our staff that has placed The
Platinum Limo Company™ as Scotland's No.1 American Limousine Company. The Platinum
Limo Company™ have also invested heavily in the latest technology with global positioning
systems fitted in all our limousines, and their call centre now open 7 days 9 to 9pm this enables
last minute hires to be undertaken within minutes of receiving the sales enquiry and processed
immediately through our on-line reservations system.

Jackie Farrell FIMI Managing Director Jackie is at the helm of The Platinum Limo Company, he's fussy about his business and likes to run a tight ship! He keeps a watchful eye on all his staff and makes sure we all work hard and keep the company's high levels of quality up. He's also in the car business so he likes to drive a hard bargain! Jim Ewing General Manager A distant descendant from the Dallas ranch, he's a bit of a nutter! Jim oversees the day to day running of the business and looks after all the tasks that make us tick over on a daily basis. He's responsible for the company's image in every aspect as he deals with the Marketing! Any adverts in Yellow Pages, our fantastic website, letterheads, brochures and even down to the layout of our limousines' interiors are all work by David.
